Tiffany St James is a UK-leading Digital Strategist and Public Speaker on Technology.

She is Founder of Transmute, a consultancy embedding better workforce digital performance in large organisations and governments from Singapore to San Francisco.

Her consultancy defines the digital skills to drive businesses forwards and ensures the right skill sets, processes and technology are in place to deliver business goals. In the last year she has helped UK Central and Local Government set their digital skills frameworks and she’s currently designing the digital capability framework for the sharp end of digital ad sales in the Asia Pac TV market.

Tiffany ran a decade of digital change programmes in the UK Government, is the former Head of Social Media across 22 central government departments and recently digital and social media lead for pan-government emergency response teams.

Tiffany is Group Chair of Universities, Central Council for British Interactive Media Association and on the Communications Futures Programme Board at Westminster City Council, developing best in class public sector communications. She’s proud to be a Drum Girl Guide and Drum Digerati.
